The agreement

By purchasing a BlueprintAI report you agree to these terms. BlueprintAI is operated by Vested Property Care LLC.

What you're buying

A one-time, AI-generated business blueprint for the business type and ZIP code you selected, plus (for the bundle tier) a set of editable Word document templates. Reports are delivered by email, typically within 60 seconds of payment.

Not professional advice

Blueprints are informational. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or licensing advice. Always confirm licensing, permitting, and regulatory requirements with the appropriate authorities in your state and locality before starting or operating a business.

Data accuracy

We synthesize live data from third-party sources (Google Places, US Census). We do our best to deliver accurate, useful reports, but we don't guarantee that every figure or recommendation is current, complete, or correct.

Refunds

Because reports are generated and delivered instantly, all sales are final. If something went wrong with your order, email blueprintai@vestedpropertycare.com within 24 hours of purchase and we'll work with you to make it right.

Acceptable use

Reports and templates are licensed to you for your own business use. Don't resell, redistribute, or repackage them.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a BlueprintAI report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
